In keeping with the No Surprise Act of January 2022, we provide uninsured, or self-pay consumers with a “good faith estimate” of expected charges before services are provided. 

Provider Fee : $0.00 - $200.00 (to be determined with the provider before the session).

Group Rates : $ 25.00 per session

Please provide us with a 24-hour notice to change or cancel your appointment. We have reserved this time just for you, and a 24-hour notice allows us to offer the time slot to someone in our waiting list. 

Consumers who do not attend session or provide 24-hour notice to change a scheduled appointment may be responsible for a $ 50.00 service charge. This charge cannot be billed to insurance and must be paid on or before the next scheduled appointment.
